A bit of history
The wings of fried chicken already made at the time of the romans, in Egypt and even in China. In Scotland, made as today we understand, fries, and migrate many of them to the united States brought with them this tradition, unlike the English, who had it cooked. Hence, today in the united States there is so much fondness for the fried chicken!

There are three techniques of frying:
In Frying Pan
Is performed as we have previously indicated, the oil is heated to a high temperature to “seal” without browning the outside of the chicken pieces, and then the temperature is lowered.
This technique is done with a fryer or some mechanism where the pieces of chicken to completely submerge. Here, the batter can also include eggs, yeast or milk among others.
This is the quickest of the three. You use the pressure cooker, it take a little bit of oil in it and when hot, add the chunks and closes so that they will fry to pressure, this technique requires care in the handling of the pot and a lot of caution, to inform you well before making it 😉 as this are shallow guidelines
