Ingredients to make the Smoothie of Banana or Banana For 2 people
- Bananas – 4 units
- Milk – 275 ml
- Syrup of rice – 15 grams
- Liquid cream – 100 milliliters
- Grated Chocolate – for garnish
- Wafer – to accompany

- First, peel the bananas and, after you slice them, put them in the bowl of the electric mixer. You can also make use of a blender american, but, personally, I like more the result that is obtained with the mixer glass, since you get a finer texture.
- Blend the bananas up to make them mashed.
- Then, we add the cream, syrup, rice and milk.
- We beat all the ingredients until we are pieces of the bananas. If you have used blender american, we can do to pass the smoothie through a strainer to remove the possible pieces of fruit that may have been left.
- Finally, we decorate our smoothies with a few slices of banana, which we will post on the edge of the glass. To be obedient, we removed a piece of the edge of each slice so that it is a cleft (see video).
- Grate a little dark chocolate. We can use the kind of grater that we want to achieve splinters more or less large.

Notes and Tips
If you can’t get syrup of rice, you can substitute it for another type of syrup or granulated sugar.
The amounts of milk will be based on the weight of the bananas used and the result you want to get. You can add more if you want a smoothie lighter. I like the shakes with a certain density.
If you want a smoothie well chilled, I recommend that you añadáis the glass of the blender, a few ice cubes. You can also prepare some ice cubes with chunks of banana and incorporate them at the time to serve the smoothie.
