Jack mackerel or horse mackerel is a blue fish delicious. As good a blue fish, is rich in Omega – 3, so that helps us to keep care of our heart and our circulatory system. - White wine – 200 ml
- Vinegar – 200 ml
- Olive oil – 200 ml

- Bay leaf -2 leaf
- Sweet paprika
- Pepper in grain

Notes and Tips
If the dish remains cool there is no need to hot to consume, it is perfect for fresh.
