The eggs are, possibly, the food is more wild that we can have at home. Cheap, easy to get and with a shelf life quite long, assume a resource more than interesting both for cooking with them as to hold a main dish. With them you can prepare both dishes full, as they may be a few fried eggs or an omelette, as all types of recipes: desserts, sauces… With only a dozen eggs, which has a minimum cost (around one euro), you can feed six people a considerable amount and a full meal. In our extensive recipe book you’ll find lots of recipes with eggs, and today we’re going to propose 3 tortillas marinara quick and easy, original and delicious, and that you can do in a matter of minutes. I propose to make the tortillas with two eggs per person, which is the recommended ration, but also can make them various from a single egg and that each person takes two different. To accompany, a salad or fries are perfect, and for very little money and with very little effort you have a meal good full.
Omelette of tuna
Need only a can small of tuna in brine, and two eggs. Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and the tuna, previously shredded and wrung out. Mix well and make the omelet as if it were French.
We will need two eggs, and ten shrimps (which are not very large for one person). If you want to use peeled shrimp frozen, even easier, just thaw them in advance and drain well. Round them in a pan with a little parsley (if you like garlic, you can add a little oil), and toss with the eggs already beaten. Make the omelet as always.
For this omelet we just need two eggs and a handful of elvers. Refríe the elvers with a little bit of garlic and parsley, and if you like the spicy, with a cayenne pepper (remember to remove it before mixing with the egg). Beat in eggs, drain well the elvers, toss with the beaten egg and make the omelette normally.
