Ingredients for Rice with rabbit. The recipe in Europe for 4 people
- Rice – 1 and 1/2 cup
- Beef broth – 2 cups
- Rabbit – 400 grams
- White wine – 1 glass
- Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoon spoons
How to make recipe-Rice with rabbit. The recipe of Europe
- For the recipe, the first thing we will do is chop the onion.
- After the fry in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, without getting to be poached at all.
- Now add the rabbit and fry over medium heat until they go catching color for about 10 minutes.

- What we can do is keep trying to check on the rice. If we see that it is still hard and, however, the broth is already consuming it, we can add more.
- At this time we have also added turmeric to give all of their nutrients, color and flavor. And also at this time we can also correct for salt and pepper.
