- Blue cheese – 50 grams
- Cream cheese – 50 grams
- Manchego cheese – 50 grams
How to make the recipe of Broccoli au gratin three cheeses
- We started by cutting the broccoli into small saplings and boil in water with salt for 20 minutes approximately or until al dente.
- Drain the broccoli and place it on a baking tray. Then sprinkle over the blue cheese into small pieces, the grated parmesan and the cream cheese in clumps across the surface.
- Finally, we introduce the tray in the oven for 12 minutes until all cheeses are melted. Ready!
